01About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BingeToon website at flippas.cc and the BingeToon Creative Lab features made available to you. “BingeToon,” “we,” and “us” refer to the provider of these services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Users who cannot enter into this agreement on their own must obtain the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.

02The creative tools and website

BingeToon Creative Lab provides tools for editing images, including cropping, rotation, flipping, filters, image adjustments, text, and saving. Available features may vary by app version and device.

This website introduces the app. App screenshots are previews, and the website’s crop-proportion and caption examples are demonstrations. The website is not an online photo editor. There is no commitment that every feature will be available on every device or that a future feature will be released.

03Permission to use the service

Subject to these terms and applicable distribution terms, you may use BingeToon for its intended purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software, website, branding, or other service materials. You must not resell the service, remove proprietary notices, or copy or modify the service except where we authorize it or applicable law allows it.

04Your images, your responsibility

You retain any rights you have in images, captions, and other content you use with BingeToon. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to edit, save, or share that content, including permissions relating to copyright, privacy, and a person’s likeness.

You authorize the processing necessary to perform the editing actions you request. These terms do not grant BingeToon ownership of your content. Editing an image does not give you rights in someone else’s work. Third-party names, characters, and artwork that appear in example images remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

05Use the tools responsibly

You must not use the service to:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Create or distribute unlawful, exploitative, threatening, or harassing content.
• Impersonate another person or use edited content to commit fraud.
• Introduce harmful code, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Bypass technical restrictions or reverse engineer the service except to the extent applicable law permits.

06Your files and saved edits

Review an edit before you save or share it. Keep backups of originals that matter to you and check the destination and result of a save operation. Device storage limits, permissions, operating-system behavior, or interruptions can affect editing and saving. BingeToon is not a backup or archival service.

07Contacting BingeToon

The website contact form prepares an email draft; it does not send a message on its own. Your email app and provider handle delivery when you choose to send it. Contact BingeToon at muhammadwaqas773212@gmail.com for questions, feedback, or concerns.

Please provide accurate information that is relevant to your request and avoid unnecessary sensitive details. Suggestions may be considered when improving the service, without a promise to implement them or provide compensation.

08Privacy and third-party services

Third-party email apps, distribution platforms, device galleries, backup providers, and linked websites have their own terms and policies. BingeToon does not control their availability or independent actions. Any purchase, if offered through a distribution platform, is also subject to the terms presented at the time of that transaction; this website does not process purchases.

09Availability and changes

Features and the website may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance with law, or violations of these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You can stop using the service at any time and uninstall the app through your device settings.

10Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or the result of an edit. You remain responsible for checking your output and how you use or share it.

To the extent permitted by law, BingeToon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost opportunities or loss of files that you should have backed up. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights.

11Questions, disputes, and your rights

If a concern arises, please contact muhammadwaqas773212@gmail.com with a description so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using legal remedies or contacting a competent court or regulator where applicable law gives you that right.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for the future.

12Updates to these terms

These terms may be revised when the service or relevant requirements change. The updated date above indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. If you do not agree to revised terms, you should stop using the service.
